Congratulations on being cast in Beauty and the Beast!
Below is a list for costumes for each character.  Parents, please don’t be overwhelmed by this list.  I’ve tried to make it as simple as possible.   If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call me.  I work at a high school, so after 2:00 p.m. would be preferable.  I am considering setting up times that I will be available at the studio to help with costumes, if necessary.  I have a sewing machine there and would be willing to help with whatever you need.  I have to get the set finished first, so it will need to be a little bit later.

Cogsworth

White shirt(frilly collar provided), brown jacket hat, dark brown pants. Clock overlay.

Lumiere

Black button-down shirt, black and gold pants, gold vest, black dress shoes. Gold buckles for shoes, candle hands and hat -provided.
Rental - Black and gold pants, gold vest - Available for rent $20

Babette

 White blouse, black skirt, white apron, feather apron, feather hat, white maid cap
Rental - Feather skirt, feather hat, white apron, white maid cap - Available for rent $20

Mrs. Potts

White blouse, black shorts. Rental - Hoop skirt, teapot, purple skirt, apron, hat - Available for rent $25

Chip

          White shirt, black knickers, white knee socks, black dress shoes with gold buckles, suspenders, teacup hat. Teacup hat, gold buckles for shoes - provided.

Madame

White blouse. Rental - Skirt to match dresser - Available to rent $15

Servants

Black shirt, black pants. Silverware and plates will be provided.

Monsieur D'Arco

Black pants, tan shirt with a dark colored vest

Wolves

 Black long-sleved shirt, black pants. wolf costume provided.

Narrators

White peasant blouse, colored jumper. Jumper provided. Tree costume provided.

Enchantress

Beautiful white or light colored long dress. Black cape with a hood. Cape provided.

Beast

White renaissance shirt, black pants, belt, black or brown boots with pants tucked in. Beast head and hands provided. Will wear cape with white shirt and black pants, cape provided. Rental - Blue jacket and frilly collar - Available for rent - $20

Belle

Blue jumper with white blouse, black shoes either ballet or character. Rental - Long pink dress in renaissance style, matching pink bow - $25, Yellow ball gown - $25

Villagers

Various peasant clothes - props to fit your character. Props provided: Tray of Bread, cane, basket of eggs, sausages, books.

Gaston

Yellow shirt, red vest, black pants, black or brown boots. Rental - Shirt and vest available - $20

Lefou

Light colored shirt, printed vest, pants (optional jacket)

Silly Girls

White peasant blouse, colored skirt, black cincher, black ballet slippers. Blouse, skirt and cincher - provided.

Maurice

Bizarre combination of stripes and prints of shirt, vest and pants. Look in good will stores.
