Hours, Costs & Billing

We are excited to have your child involved in our year long programs. To make tuitions payments as easy and affordable as possible, we have created simple payment options. Each class has a monthly payment which is spread out all year. For any questions you may have please contact us.

REGISTRATION & BILLING

Method of Payment: HKA has an easy, online payment system. You create a Log In Account entering the parents information and then add each child individually into your account. (Note: You can change your personal information anytime by logging into your account and editing it.) Then register your child for the classes you would like them to be enrolled in. You will then proceed to check out and enter your Debit, Mastercard or Visa card. Your card will be billed once a month. For accounting purposes, we do not accept checks, cash or money orders.

Cancellations and Refunds: All Non - "HKA Professional Series" students are not under contract and therefore do not have to participate. They may withdraw up to two months before a show, but after that they will be required to pay for the entire amount of their tuition. Because the students are all part of a cast and have been working on a show together, if a student withdraw this has negative affect upon the cast and directors as well sends the wrong message to the students.

Credits: All tuition is paid monthly. We do not pro-rate, nor give partial credit.

Withdrawal: All cancellations must be received by email. Please send to Ms. Barbara at barb.hollywoodkids@hotmail.com. Upon withdrawal, payments will discontinue beginning the following month. Partial monthly attendance will not be pro-rated. Additionally, students who withdraw early will forfeit their positions in our classes and may be placed on a waiting list upon their return depending upon class availability. All students who withdraw early will not receive a refund.

As our "HKA's Professional Series" students are pursuing a more intense and demanding curriculum, they are under contract and are obligated to participate until the end of their contract at the end of the year.

Defaulting of payments: All students accounts must be current. If for any reason payments must be delayed then Ms. Barbara must be contacted before the payment is to be made. This will allow each student to continue on without any interruptions in their studies. Students whose accounts are not current will not be able to continue their participation in HKA. Purposeful delinquency of payments can result in the permanent termination of a student's participation in HKA.

Educational Instruction Hours

Broadway Kids 1.5 Hours a week example through out the year.
(Outside performances such as Disneyland, Magical Forest Christmas Show, schools, 4th of July Parades, Summerlin Park and/or Libraries, Talent Nights, etc. are hours that are not included in the totals shown below. HKA provides many opportunities for your child to perform throughout the season.)

Holidays are generally observed.When Holidays are on Mondays, classes will be held later during the week (Friday) to compensate or held as extra rehearsals during performance weeks. Please contact your director for details.
